What You'll Do:
Paid Social & Search
Own and optimize Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
Build high-performing acquisition funnels for investment gold leads.
Test creatives, audiences, and offers to drive lower CAC.
Scale what works, rapidly kill what doesn't.
Analytics & Experimentation
Track performance across CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and retention.
Launch weekly experiments across channels and funnels.
Use data to shape decisions, budgets, and growth direction.
Market Insights
Understand what investors and jewelry segments care about.
Feed insights to product teams to enhance the digital experience.
Shape our brand voice and positioning across all touchpoints.
What You Bring
Experience: 2–5 years in growth, performance marketing, or D2C acquisition.
Ads Mastery: Proven track record running Meta + Google Ads with measurable results.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with HubSpot, Hotjar, TikTok Ads Manager, or similar.
Mindset: Analytical skills combined with a creative instinct for copywriting.
What We Offer
