CGA Technologies Srl is a leading metalworking company in the production of heat exchangers for the automotive, alternative energy, electronics and refrigeration sectors. We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPER

Role and responsibilities

The Business Developer will be responsible for contributing to the company's commercial development through the following activities:

* Establish necessary connections with internal teams to generate new RFQs;
* Manage orders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and effective communication with internal teams;
* Monitor the market and competition, analyze trends and opportunities to optimize sales strategies;
* Acquire new customers through lead generation and customer engagement strategies.

Skills

* Degree (Engineering preferred);
* 3-5 years of experience (Energy sector preferred);
* Teamwork and problem-solving skills;
* Economic and financial sensitivity;
* Precision and goal orientation;
* Project management and organizational skills;
* Fluent in English (mandatory);
* Willingness to travel frequently within Europe.
