OverviewThe Product Manager will manage the direction and market delivery of existing products and will identify new products, product features, product strategy, and relevant services.What you will be doingDrive product innovation to establish and maintain the platform product roadmap and program-level features backlog; prioritize appropriate features to maximize resource utilization and meet customer needs.Use industry data to quantify the addressable market and product profitability; help develop the platform product vision and roadmap.Manage work prioritization across the program aligned with current and future business priorities.Contribute to the product lifecycle management of platform capabilities and features; use data to guide investment decisions for customer-centric capabilities.Collaborate with technical teams to define business features and requirements; ensure backlog management and development progress align with timelines.Communicate the minimally viable product (MVP) definition to software architectural leads to realize product vision.Coordinate release activities with stakeholders to ensure readiness and adherence to the company's release cadence.Support product launch by delivering training programs and evangelizing capabilities internally.Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers and advisory groups; promote adoption of new products and features.What will make you successfulBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience making data-driven decisions that enable high growthExperience managing the product lifecycle from conception to launchExperience in technology product managementKnowledge of the software development lifecycleExperience with business and spend analyticsStrong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication skills with professional demeanor and ability to interact across roles and levelsAbility to influence, motivate, and collaborate effectivelyProficiency in system and procedure analysis and problem resolutionStrong organizational and prioritization skills in a dynamic environmentLeadership and business acumen capable of engaging with senior leadershipPassionate, competitive, and curious mindsetCommitment to continuous professional learningWillingness to travel up to 50% as required
