Achieve set objectives related to sales and product mix by analyzing market opportunities and influencing decision makers to ensure sales growth. Plan strategically for both short and medium-term sales, sharing market information with the Hanwha Product Management team to position products correctly. Discuss marketing plans and strategic directions with the Country Manager. Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme), focusing on sales revenue through these partners. Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets. Additional areas of responsibility include: End user consultations Engagement with consultants and specifiers Liaising with major system integrators at senior levels Updating customers with product information Increasing project pipeline and revenue with existing customers Creating a project pipeline with new customers Reporting weekly on sales and project progress Customer audit analysis Market segmentation, positioning, and targeting Contributing ideas for marketing plans and product launches Focusing on product, channel, and customer margins Forecast accuracy Achieving budgets and targets Requirements: Proven track record in business development or sales, achieving results in demanding environments. Extensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, especially presenting solutions to end users and consultants. Ability to understand customer needs, define solutions, and create professional proposals. Knowledge of the electronic security market, main channels, and potential customers, including IT & Networking. Experience with CCTV manufacturers is beneficial but not essential. Understanding of new technologies, especially network video systems. Business or technical degree is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Desire to positively impact the market and brand recognition. Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. Independent thinking, good judgment, and motivation skills. Team player with success in collaborative environments. Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused. Self-motivated with initiative. Strong project management, product planning, and communication skills, capable of presenting to executive levels. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluency in English and at least one local European language. Clean driving license. Location: This is a field-based role. Ideally, the candidate should reside in the Milan area or South Italy.
