The individual will serve as a key member of the plant leadership team, acting as a strategic partner to both the Plant Leader and Regional EHS organisation to strengthen operational performance, safety culture, and regulatory compliance. /p p Given the business is currently undergoing a significant period of transformation and operational evolution, this role carries heightened importance within the organisation.
