Machine provides seed capital, operational infrastructure (legal, finance, admin, logistics), an existing network in the sports and entertainment world — including direct experience running one of Europe's leading charity auction platforms — and the tools to scale a digital business fast.

You provide the obsession for the product, the knowledge of the market, and the hunger to build a category-defining brand. What you'll do

→ Define the brand, the positioning, and the product strategy: what we sell, to whom, and why they buy from us and not from anyone else. → Build sourcing channels — athletes, clubs, estates, private collectors, licensing partners. → Launch and operate the e-commerce platform: product listings, authentication, pricing, storytelling. → Develop the community: collectors, fans, investors in memorabilia as an alternative asset class. → Drive sales through organic content, paid acquisition, partnerships, drops, and auctions. → Turn a passion into a business with real margins and a defensible moat. What we're looking for

→ Deep, genuine passion for sports memorabilia and collectibles — you already live in this world. → Knowledge of the market: what's valuable, what's trending, how authentication works, who the key players are. → E-commerce or marketplace experience — you've sold online, whether on eBay, Shopify, your own platform, or at scale for someone else. → Commercial instinct: you understand what makes collectors open their wallets. → Content sensibility: memorabilia is storytelling — you know how to make a signed jersey feel like a piece of history. → Entrepreneurial drive: you've built something before, even small. A side hustle, a collection you monetized, a community you grew. → Fluent in Italian and English. What we offer
