Position Summary
* Defining and achieving sales targets for assigned customers
* Identifying new opportunities related to OEM and dealer customers served directly by Italian plants
* Participating in defining the customer development strategy and related applications in the assigned area
* Collaborating with colleagues who are specialists in application solutions or product development to refine the search for and realization of new business opportunities
Job Position and Requirements
Education: High School 5 years related experience in Sales Department
Professional Background:
* Technical training and/or experience in the hydraulic sector
* At least 5 years\' experience in the hydraulic/off-highway technical sales sector
Hard Skills:
* Technical sales experience in hydraulics/off-highway/industrial sectors
* Good knowledge of English
* MS Office software package
* Willingness to travel – mainly within the country, occasionally abroad
* Ability to interact with other company departments
Considered as a plus:
* Knowledge of Hydraulic products
* Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical/Hydraulic/Economics (is a plus)
* Advanced MS Excel
Soft Skills:
* Versatility and ability to manage complex situations
