We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join the Buddyfit Growth & Performance Marketing Team.
In this role, you will take ownership of the performance marketing strategy, driving scalable growth across key digital channels. You combine strong analytical thinking with a strategic mindset, and you’re comfortable leading initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
You have a proven track record in managing high-budget campaigns, optimizing full-funnel performance, and translating data into actionable growth opportunities. A passion for fitness, wellness, and tech is a strong plus.
Skills & Requirements
* 4–7+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth roles
* Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and major ad platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
* Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with clear impact on revenue, CAC, and ROAS
* Experience managing budgets and optimizing multi-channel acquisition strategies
* Strong understanding of attribution models, funnel optimization, and performance measurement
* Fluent in English (C1+); Spanish is a plus
* Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is a plus
Here’s what you will take care of
* Performance strategy & ownership: Define and lead the performance marketing strategy across paid channels, ensuring alignment with overall growth and business objectives. Identify new opportunities for scalable acquisition and channel expansion.
* Campaign leadership & optimization: Oversee the execution and continuous optimization of campaigns across social and digital platforms, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and consistent performance improvements.
* Audience & funnel optimization: Drive advanced audience segmentation and full-funnel optimization strategies, leveraging data to improve targeting, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
* Data analysis & growth insights: Own performance analysis across channels, monitoring key KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, conversion rates), and translating data into actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
* Experimentation & innovation: Lead a structured experimentation roadmap, including A/B testing across creatives, messaging, landing pages, and audience strategies to unlock incremental growth.
* Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate closely with CRM, Brand, Content, Product, and Data teams to ensure alignment across campaigns, product launches, and growth initiatives. Act as a key stakeholder in marketing decision-making.
* Reporting & budget management: Own budget allocation and performance reporting, building dashboards and frameworks that provide clear visibility on results and support data-driven decisions at leadership level.
