Visual merchandiser in store supervisor – uniqlo cordusio

• Permanent/Temporary contract (depending on the profile and experience)
• Full-time (40 hours/week)

• Style campaign‑oriented mannequins considering market trends
• Maintain brand standards for visual presentation, cleanliness and organisation throughout the store
• Implement store layout plans according to management guidelines
• Construct and install pan‑European window decorations and campaign stylings
• Inspect and correct VM elements (mannequins, displays, lighting and other VM equipment)
• Participate in meetings with store management to raise VM issues and ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer experience
• Know product functionalities and availability to promote them

• Right to work in Italy
• Fluent Italian; additional English language desirable
• Ability to work flexible hours on weekends and public holidays
• Previous experience as visual merchandiser with styling skills and high creativity spirit
• In‑depth knowledge of local fashion market and latest trend awareness
• Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines and a problem‑solving mindset
