From Day 1 you are empowered to make a difference for a better tomorrow with your full potential and creativity. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAs a Pre-Sales Manager for Secondary Medium Voltage Switchgears, shape tailored technical and commercial proposals for end-users and industrial customers. /li liAct as the key interface between the Sales team and Engineering; identify the most competitive and technically sound solutions aligned with customer expectations, project specifications, and sustainability standards. /li liLead the entire pre-sales process — from prescription to bid — ensuring on-time offers with full technical integrity and compliance with international standards for air-insulated switchgear. /li liBalance performance, cost-efficiency, and innovation to build customer trust and long-term partnerships. /li liCollaborate with Sales Department and Management to define pricing strategies and discount policies to maximize margin while remaining competitive. /li liCoordinate with project teams for a smooth handover to execution, ensuring a seamless transition to the execution phase. /li liDefine and standardize proven concepts and solutions to replicate them as function packages. /li liDevelop customer knowledge and relationships, supporting dedicated Sales Clusters with meetings at customer premises when required. /li liCoordinate all stakeholders (Sales, Procurement, Third Parties) to ensure a consistent offer regarding Technical, Contractual, Pricing, Risks and Safety issues. /li liCollaborate with Head-Quarter, Factories, Regional Countries and Product Managers. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liExperience in offering MV Switchgears and/or product marketing and/or product management. /li liKnowledge of MV distribution and renewables market, electrical systems, particularly MV distribution networks, and understanding of electrical schemes and tender specifications. /li liBachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical / Energy Engineering, or Technical High School Diploma. /li li Passion to never-stop growing; respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge. /li liProficiency in English and Italian. /li liEligibility to work in Italy. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liFlexibility: inclusive and flexible working environment with hybrid/remote options; tools and devices provided; wi-fi reimbursement. /li liWelfare: flexible welfare programs, health insurance (including family), accident insurance, and on-site lunch options. /li liNever stop growing: opportunities for continuous and individual learning journeys. /li liAn inclusive team culture where you can be yourself. /li /ul pbJoin us and be yourself.
