Responsibilities:
KKAA plan definition, including main KPIs identification and monitoring
Manage channel KPIs according to company goals and targets
Develop the deepest understanding of key customer needs, through the definition of Customer Journey map
Strengthen and expand the relationships with existing customers
Facilitate KKAA sales through a comprehensive sell out plan (Analyze, Explain, Engage and Act)
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Act as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Share regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using internal and key
