Overview As a Marketing Manager for the Connected area, you will be responsible for defining and developing the advertising offering of Sky Media across Connected TV products, including Sky Go, NOW, and the on-demand offering on Set-top-box. You will lead the development of commercial strategies aimed at growing the Connected TV business, evolving the product and offering, analyzing performance, identifying strategic insights, and defining go-to-market policies aligned with market trends and customer needs. Key Responsibilities Offering Development : Define commercial policies and value propositions for Connected TV products, ensuring alignment with Sky Media’s strategy and market evolution. Performance Analysis & Insights : Monitor product performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth. Product Innovation : Contribute to the evolution of the Connected advertising offering by proposing innovative formats and solutions in line with market trends and client needs. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with editorial, tech, operations, commercial teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution. Sales Enablement : Support the sales team with go-to-market materials, training, and day-to-day assistance to maximize the value of the Connected offering. Requirements Proven experience in marketing roles within the CTV or digital advertising ecosystem. Strong knowledge of the digital advertising market, including OTT and on-demand platforms. Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate and adapt to future trends. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
