We are currently seeking a Commercial Product Specialist to support the growth and development of our Aftermarket sector across South Eastern Europe and Turkey. Your Role As a Commercial Product Specialist for Aftermarket, with a focus on Consumables products, you will support our Lely Centers Network and internal teams in the SEET region. You will serve as the main contact for both commercial and technical aspects of the Aftermarket business. You will contribute to marketing campaigns and commercial actions to boost sales. Regular travel within the SEET area will be required to maintain close relationships with cluster teams and the Lely Center Network. You will be part of the Business Team Milking of the Cluster SEET, reporting to the Manager Proposition Milking. Key responsibilities include: Align and execute long-term aftermarket strategies with cross-functional teams within the cluster. Support the distribution network's aftermarket focus and ensure professional development through ongoing training. Act as the main point of contact for commercial and technical questions within the cluster. Coordinate with Lely International headquarters to provide market insights and facilitate strategy implementation. Contribute to marketing initiatives and commercial actions to promote aftermarket growth. Qualifications Background in agriculture, preferably with experience in dairy farming or agricultural machinery, though not mandatory. Commercial mindset with enjoyment in selling, identifying customer needs, and delivering solutions. Strong communication skills, adept at building relationships, managing stakeholders, and influencing decisions. Good presentation skills and experience in delivering training. Team player: collaborative, proactive, and supportive of other departments. Results-driven: capable of working independently, setting goals, and managing priorities. Fluent in Italian and English communication skills. Willing to travel nationally and internationally to maintain strong connections with teams and partners.
