And we will be better with you. /ppWe are looking for a strongSales Account Manager Italy /strong to join our strongFlavors /strongEurope team ubased out our office in Milan /u. /ppReporting to the sales manager, thesales account manager will be responsible for developing value-added ingredient sales activities to food industry accounts (Sweet, Savory, Beverage). A major focus in this role will be engaging and collaborating with key decision makers to develop and obtain new sales. This includes developing, implementing and managing account-specific strategies to achieve sales goal and coordinating creative projects to bring benefit to the customer. /ppstrongWhat you’ll do: /strong /pulliRegularly visit prospects and customers with presentations to understand their needs and link with product portfolio across Sweet, Savory, and Beverage. /liliInterface with primary customers’ purchasing and technical organizations in order to solicit new business, and to participate actively on long term projects. /liliDevelop and manage relationships with top management with selective major accounts. /liliDevelop and execute a territorial coverage plan (in writing). /liliAcquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of all assigned accounts. /liliEnsure high level of customer satisfaction. /liliSubmit request for samples or projects: ensure that adequate information is on the request so that product management can make appropriate business decisions. /li /ulpstrongWhat you’ll bring: /strong /pulliA bachelor’s degree or equivalent education. /liliFluency in Italian (spoken and written) and in uEnglish /uis mandatory, to interact with technical and support teams in the UK France. /liliSales or technical experience with a proven track record of driving sucess with clients; junior applicants will also be considered. /liliAbility and willingness to travel to multiple customers through assigned territory (travel can be up to 60%). /liliAbility to work both autonomously as well as with a team: you will bring a high level of self-discipline, motivation, and go-getter winning mentality. /liliBe a good relationship builder with excellent communication skills. /li /ulpstrongWhat you’ll get: /strong /pulliAn excellent salary with an uncapped bonus program and other local benefits. /liliComprehensive onboarding and training.
