Placing and following up on POs.Managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution.Managing problems and schedule changes.Updating the ERP system.Developing regular process redesigns due to changing circumstances or management needs.Elaborating process improvements while considering the broader functional context.Communicating effectively with other functional areas.Influencing peers to meet objectives.Providing services to the function or directly to the business.Handling work requiring analysis and interpretation.Developing approaches for exceptions when procedures do not cover all scenarios.
Success FactorsTo be successful in this roleBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sourcing). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Buying-Procurement.Desired Characteristics
