Drive commercial growth across key strategic accounts, developing long-term partnerships and expanding market share
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning the business as a trusted partner in innovation and formulation development
Identify and develop new business opportunities through consultative engagement around market trends, product performance, and customer needs
Work cross-functionally with internal teams including R&D, Product Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver successful projects and aligned account strategies
Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and technical seminars to enhance market presence
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning to support sustainable growth
Scientific Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field
Industry Experience: Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within specialty chemicals, personal care ingredients, or oleochemicals
Technical & Commercial Expertise: Strong understanding of formulations, ingredient functionality, and market dynamics, with the ability to translate technical xjrgpwk concepts into commercial opportunities
