Aptar is seeking a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst based in Aptar Italy or Spain. The role involves developing and implementing Commercial Excellence processes through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and other systems. The analyst will support initiatives to enhance Aptar’s customer centricity and profitable growth, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to ensure best practices are shared across regions and segments. The Data & Systems Commercial Excellence Analyst reports to the Global CE Director. Responsibilities include: Developing the Internal Commercial Mindset Optimizing the Customer Experience Developing, maintaining, and standardizing reports and insights tools (e.g., C4C, Pipeline Projection, Customer Dashboards) Managing customer database activities, including requirements, documentation, contacts, contracts, and pipeline opportunities Ensuring CRM and pipeline best practices Collaborating with IS teams to improve systems Carrying out Contract Management activities Supporting sales training and providing system support to commercial teams Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field Required Skills: 3-5 years’ experience in Sales Analysis with strong CRM expertise Experience in sales, marketing, or pricing beneficial Proven success in sales improvement projects and supporting global programs Leadership and teamwork skills Ability to analyze large datasets Additional Skills: Strong reporting and analytical skills Ability to work with multicultural teams Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/BI tools (SAP, QlikView, Power BI) Fluent in English; other languages a plus Excellent communication skills Customer orientation and strategic thinking About Aptar: We develop innovative packaging technologies that enhance brand value and impact lives globally, from dispensing systems to connected technologies.
