We never compromise on quality and our only natural ingredients, ensuring trust with our consumers as well as partners through our commitment to excellence. /p h3Your Mission /h3 pYou manage and grow strategic partnerships with top national and regional retailers in Italy. /p pYou negotiate first- and second-level contracts that align with our commercial strategy. /p pYou lead annual and mid-year negotiations on pricing, trade terms, promotions, and assortment. /p pYou monitor customer performance, identify opportunities and risks, and take corrective actions. /p pYou ensure outstanding execution at the point of sale through collaboration with category management and field sales. /p pYou analyze sales data and market trends to continuously improve customer strategy. /p pYou collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing for sustainable business growth. /p pYou act as the main contact for your customers, solving challenges and communicating proactively. /p h3You: /h3 pHold a university degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s is a plus. /p pBring 5+ years of experience in (National) Account Management within the FMCG sector in Italy. /p pHave a strong track record with top-tier retailers and contract negotiations. /p pAre preferably based in Central Italy. /p pCombine analytical thinking with solid planning and data interpretation skills. /p pSpeak and write fluently in both Italian and English. /p pExcel at building and maintaining relationships with senior retail stakeholders. /p pWork in a result-driven, entrepreneurial, and hands-on way. /p pHave experience with fresh, chilled, or short shelf-life food categories—this is a strong plus. /p pDemonstrate proven ability to leverage AI to significantly increase personal productivity. /p pEnjoy working in a dynamic, growth-driven setting where innovation and change are part of our culture. /p h3Seniority level /h3 pNot Applicable /p h3Employment type /h3 pFull-time /p h3Job function /h3 pSales and Business Development /p pIndustries: Food and Beverage Manufacturing /p pReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Planted by 2x /p pGet notified about new National Account Manager Retail jobs in bMilan, Lombardy, Italy /b. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
