Responsibilities
- Maintenance and repair of elevator installations in the city and province.
- Respond to client service requests, perform interventions, document time and execution method per company guidelines for commercial management.
- Carry out emergency repairs and attend diagnostic and reactivation calls, reporting progress to supervisor.
- Conduct scheduled semi‑annual inspections in accordance with legal requirements.
- Ensure an excellent level of customer service.
Qualifications
- Preferred diploma in technical disciplines.
- Previous experience as an elevator technician in the sector.
- Possession of the national authorization (patent) for elevator and elevator machine maintenance.
- Customer orientation, results focus, good communication skills, flexibility, problem‑solving ability, and willingness to continue learning.
- Availability to support relocation if required.
