We never stop solving for you.The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs a Sales Specialist in our Dental Solutions team, you will engage directly with orthodontists and general dentists to promote clinically integrated treatment solutions based on both our Restoration and digital dentistry product portfolios. You will serve as a trusted consultant to promote clinically integrated treatment pathways that elevate patient outcomes and practice efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement: Build and manage relationships with orthodontists and dentists, identifying opportunities to introduce digital workflows and aligner solutionsPortfolio Promotion: Promote Ortho to Restore through restorative workflows, including Clarity™ aligners and complementary solutions like Filtek MatrixChampion Freedom to Choose by enabling clinicians to personalize treatment plans using Solventum’s digital tools and aligner systemsEducate customers on Solventum’s digital ecosystem, including intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM integration, and case planning platformsSupport onboarding and clinical integration of Clarity™ aligners and restorative solutionsSales Execution: Drive digital sales performance through strategic targeting, segmentation, and consultative sellingCollaborate with Clinical Advisors, Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams to deliver tailored solutionsMarket Intelligence: Monitor trends in digital dentistry and orthodontics, providing feedback to internal teams to refine strategy and offeringsYour Skills And ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:University education (bachelor’s or master’s degree) is preferableMinimum 4 years’ experience in sales (knowledge of traditional Orthodontic market is an advantage)Proven experience in dental or orthodontic sales, ideally with exposure to digital workflows and aligner systemsStrong understanding of restorative dentistry and orthodontic treatment planningExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with clinical professionalsAbility to work cross-functionally and adapt to a fast-paced, innovation-driven environmentFamiliarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms is a plusStrong knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular) and Salesforce.coDigital savvy to be able to work with digital products of the futureStrong interpersonal, communication, presentation and listening skillsSales driven, perseverance and results orientedWork Location and TravelWork location: Remote. Your assigned territory will be the Lombardy region.
