Ph3What You Will Do /h3 ul liSupport the Executive Pastry Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, creativity, and adherence to Four Seasons culinary standards. /li liSupervise and train the pastry team through a hands‑on approach, delegating tasks and motivating staff to excel. /li liOversee the preparation, creation, and execution of all desserts, pastries, breads, baked goods, and signature items. /li liParticipate in menu planning, recipe development, seasonal dessert offerings, and innovative pastry concepts. /li liMonitor food quality, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with industry and brand requirements. /li liManage inventory, purchasing, and cost control to optimize food cost and operational efficiency. /li liOversee workstation organization, cleanliness, and equipment functionality to maintain a safe and efficient kitchen environment. /li liProvide hands‑on support during service periods to ensure timely and high‑quality output. /li liCollaborate with other departments to support special events, banquets, and unique dining experiences as needed. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liDegree or diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel/Restaurant Management, or equivalent professional experience. /li liFluency in English and Italian. /li li2-3+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hotel, fine dining, or high‑end pastry environment. /li liStrong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and inspire a diverse culinary team. /li liDeep knowledge of modern and classic pastry techniques, production methods, and recipe development. /li liExcellent organizational, time‑management, and multi‑tasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liCompetitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package. /li liExcellent Training and Development opportunities. /li liEmployee Discount for stays at any Four Seasons worldwide. /li liComplimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms. /li liComplimentary Employee Meals. /li /ul h3Schedule Location /h3 pFull‑time position based at Hotel Danieli, Venice.
