Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote Hanwha and increase sales.
Achieve sales objectives through market analysis and influence decision makers.
Plan short and medium-term sales strategies, collaborating with the Product Management team.
Manage and develop the network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program.
Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets.
Engage in end user consultations, liaise with system integrators, and maintain product information updates.
Increase project pipeline and revenue, create new customer opportunities, and report weekly on sales progress.
Conduct customer audits, segment markets, and contribute to marketing plans.
Focus on product/channel/customer margins and accurate forecasting to meet budgets and targets.
Requirements:
Proven success in business development or sales roles.
Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and specifiers.
Ability to understand customer needs and develop professional proposals.
Knowledge of the electronic security market, IT, and networking channels.
Experience with CCTV manufacturers is a plus.
Understanding of network video systems and topology.
Business or technical degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to impact the market positively.
Independent thinking, good judgment, and team orientation.
Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
Self-motivated, with project management and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English and at least one European language.
Valid driving license.
Location:
This is a field-based role, ideally based in the Milan or South Italy region, involving extensive travel within Italy and occasionally outside.
