To strengthen our Sales Team in Europe, we are looking for a full-time Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) - Italy to start as soon as possible working from the greater region around Rom/Italy What you will be responsible for: As Area Sales Manager, you are the face of the Pollmeier brand and the first point of contact for your customers in a defined sales territory You are anetworker ready to manage, expand, and further develop our existing sales territory You win over your customers preferably inpersonal meetings on-site , while also maintaining contact using digital tools You continuously expand the customer base through theacquisition of new clients You identify and awaken customer needs and thereby createlong-term relationships to the benefit of end users You coordinate the involvement ofspecialists who support you in sales situations as needed You work closely with the internal sales team and sales management to achieve agreed sales targets and successfully market our products What we are looking for: You are permanently based in the greater region around Rom/Italy You bring experience in field sales in the furniture or cabinet manufacturing sector and/or within the timber industry Youlove selling andengaging with customers You enjoy beingresponsible for your own success You are characterized by anindependent and proactive work style and go the extra mile to achieve your goals You have a strongemotional connection to wood as a material, which helps you inspire customers You enjoy traveling regularly within your sales area and hold a valid driver's license You speak Italian as your native language and have good language skills in English What you can expect from us: Responsibility foryour own sales region in an innovative, growth- and future-oriented company Structured onboarding to ensure your success in selling our products A family-like, personal atmosphere withflat hierarchies andshort communication paths Opportunities for promotion and professional development through our personnel development program Anattractive performance-based salary that rewards your success Take a new path with us and make more of yourself! #J-18808-Ljbffr
