You will develop new business opportunities, build strong partnerships and strengthen BauWatch’s presence in the construction industry, working closely with the Sales Manager Italy, Marketing and Operations teams. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive sales growth through new business development and strategic partnerships. /li liAct as the Italian point of reference for the Construction segment within the international BauWatch Group. /li liBuild and manage relationships with key players in the Italian construction market, including general contractors, developers, infrastructure companies and subcontractors. /li liBuild and maintain a network of partners, including rental companies, security firms and construction industry stakeholders. /li liDevelop relationships with new and existing customers. /li liRepresent BauWatch at trade fairs, industry events and company presentations. /li liSupport the Direct Sales Team in acquiring new customers. /li liShare market insights and business opportunities with Sales, Product and Group Management. /li /ul h3What we expect from you /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of relevant sales, key account or business development experience. /li liPrevious experience or strong relationships in the construction industry. /li liStrong commercial mindset and ability to build long‑term partnerships. /li liWillingness to travel across Italy. /li liCRM experience, preferably Salesforce, is a plus. /li liAdvanced conversational English. /li liFull valid driving licence. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pAt BauWatch, you will join a fast‑growing, international organization where ambition, innovation and collaboration shape our everyday work.
