Role Overview
Sales Manager – Power Quality Department
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities across Central and Southern Italy for low voltage regulation, power quality analyzers, dissolved gas analysis, and partial discharge systems.
- Maintain customer relationships, present technical solutions, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and represent the company at industry events and trade fairs.
Requirements
- Sales and negotiation skills (5+ years experience) with a proven track record in business development and sales objectives.
- Strong technical knowledge in electro‑technical and electronics sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and managing client relationships.
- Organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple clients and projects.
- Fluency in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).
Travel
Willingness to travel across Central and Southern Italy (50% of the time) and to Bolzano 3–4 days per month.
