In this role you lead the Priority Banking Centre to grow AUM and I&I revenue within a digital-first, customer-centric bank. You will align PBC initiatives with the Retail Wealth Management strategy, overseeing operations, and shaping sales and service models to strengthen the bank's local presence. You'll drive cross-functional collaboration, coach a team of RMs, and ensure compliant, high-quality client experiences. Retribuzione / Benefits Strategically plan and lead Priority Banking initiatives to grow AUM and I&I revenue Manage day-to-day PBC operations for efficiency and profitability through tactical sales and marketing Devise structured sales plans based on resources, market data, and sales force capability Develop a service model with people and processes to strengthen local community presence Engage with existing customers and prospects via joint calls and visits with RMs Foster a culture of teamwork and strong stakeholder relationships Ensure AML, SC Guidelines, and FNSL compliance are tightly observed Hire and build a capable PBC team Plan and implement acquisition, referral, and upgrade strategies to grow Priority Banking customers Lead and motivate RMs to achieve KRAs and revenue targets Coach staff to ensure training and licensing for excellent customer experience Collaborate with branch banking, business banking and other channels to solicit high-net-worth referrals Contribute to the bank's Retail Wealth Management Strategy and PBC audits and compliance Responsabilità Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Banking/Investment/Finance xrdztoy or related field Relevant certifications and licenses in Investment and Bancassurance At least 10 years of experience in a financial institution At least 3–5 years of experience managing high-net-worth banking and wealth management sales Excellent commercial acumen, analytical and interpersonal skills Strong leadership to manage a large, diverse team and foster teamwork Ability to make independent decisions with minimal supervision Highly motivated and result-driven Experience in talent development for wealth management frontline #J-18808-Ljbffr
