As a Senior Growth Product Manager you will play a key role in a cross-functional team focused on monetization, pricing and growth. Your main responsibilities will be: Defining and evolving the monetization strategy and pricing direction for the Toggl Suite, balancing business growth targets, technical feasibility, and user value. Driving cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data, and sales teams to translate monetization insights into actionable, high-impact product decisions. Taking ownership of problem discovery and synthesizing insights to build solutions that improve conversion to paid and overall revenue. Navigating trade-offs related to billing systems, pricing infrastructure, and working with engineers to find the best path forward for scalable monetization solutions. Prioritizing scalability for various pricing tiers and enterprise-level monetization features, ensuring that infrastructure investments in billing and pricing operations translate into meaningful improvements for user adoption and revenue growth. Championing a hands-on, MVP mindset for monetization experiments, iterating quickly, validating ideas related to pricing and packaging, and taking decisive action based on PLG metrics and conversion data.
