Proactivity, reliability, and kind collaboration are the core values of our solution culture. /ppIf you like challenges and would love to be part of one of the fastest-growing B2B scale-ups, then BizAway is the company you have been looking for. /ppstrongWe are looking for /strong /ppA driven and enthusiastic strongSales Executive (m/w/d) /strong, who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team. /ppstrongYour role in BizAway /strong /pulliFULL CYCLE POSITION: manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature, at least for the first year. /liliResearch and prospect for new clients in Italy. /liliRun outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints. /liliPresent our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.). /liliPresent live demos of our platform to qualified prospects. /liliLead negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract. /liliForecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline. /liliBe an evangelist of our solution, attending fairs and public events if necessary. /liliDefine Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders. /liliWork with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop. /liliProactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth. /li /ulpstrongYour basic qualifications /strong /pulliNative level of Italian + a good level of English (both written and spoken). /liliAt least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR. /lili“No excuses” attitude: success depends on you and no one else. /liliHunger: not afraid of challenges and eager to raise the bar every day. /liliProactivity: actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes. /liliFlexibility: comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties. /li /ulpstrongWe are also interested in /strong /pulliPrevious experience in SAAS Sales / Business Travel / Start-ups. /li /ulpstrongOur offer /strong /pulliA seat on a scale-up with skyrocketing growth. /liliUncapped variable compensation and equity in the company. /liliDevelopment of your entrepreneurial spirit, implementing real-impact business decisions. /liliMulticultural and international team. /liliCollaborative and smart environment to work and learn. /liliFree coffee to kick-start your day and free beers to celebrate together. /liliFlexible working policy (3 days in the office + 2 remote) and office in Europe. /li /ulpBizAway avoids any discrimination based on age, gender, sexual orientation, health status, nationality, political opinions, and religious beliefs in all decisions affecting personnel selection. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
