First-class quality, innovations and our own design and development department for high-quality paper packaging make us an ideal partner for private labels as well as well-known brand manufacturers in the cosmetics and luxury goods industry. About the Role
We are looking for two highly proactive sales colleagues for Paper Packaging (B2B) in Italy.
Responsibilities
* Strengthening and improving the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining and developing new customers to grow and achieve sales targets.
* Build strong and effective business relations with the customer base.
* Managing sales and supporting processes to ensure company profitability.
* Working cross-functionally with the team in Europe and with our colleagues in China.
* Reporting sales activities weekly and monthly.
* Business travel to customer and to our market related fair or event
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally in the packaging industry (customers are sectors like cosmetics, fragrance, wine&spirits, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).
Required Skills
* Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in the domestic/allocated country and in English
* Solid computer skills using MS office software
* EU-Driving licence
* Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills
* Ability to meet and exceed goals and targets
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent negotiation skills
