territory, meeting or exceeding annual sales targets by focusing on the "baseline" sales budget additionally identifying and focusing on specific sales opportunities (growth initiatives focus products / solutions) /liliIdentify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients. /li /ulpbSales Presentations and Demonstrations /b /pulliThoroughly understand the products or services being sold to effectively communicate benefits and features, and keep the products knowledge continuously on high level by using defined training tools and platforms /liliAttend and / or organize product shows, exhibitions and seminars to further promote Eppendorf products and brand /liliProvide product demonstrations and realize the equipment installation with the support of Service if required /li /ulpbNegotiation and Tender / Contract Management /b /pulliIdentify tender opportunities and follow up all operations related to the tender in close collaboration with CustomerCare /liliNegotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to ensure mutual benefit. /liliManage the contract renewal process and ensure all contractual obligations are met /li /ulpbSales Process Management /b /pulliFollow-up and process of sales leads moving through the sales funnel. /liliManage the sales pipeline including quotation process by maintaining up to date all the opportunities to ensure an accurate forecast /liliNegotiate terms and closing sales deals. /liliHandle the necessary paperwork and coordination to complete the sales transaction. /li /ulpbClient Support and Problem-Solving : /b /pulliProvide exceptional client support by addressing and resolving client issues promptly. /liliProactively identify potential problems and implement solutions to prevent issues from arising. /li /ulpbReporting and Analysis : /b /pulliPrepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and forecasts. /liliAnalyze account performance metrics and provide insights to improve client satisfaction and business outcomes. /li /ulpbEducation, training, professional experience : /b /pulliBachelor's Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or related subject, preferably with Life Sciences focus /liliDemonstrated sales record successes and good customer relationships records /liliProven experience in selling laboratory products (biotechnology) or experience in laboratory operations is strongly preferred (ideally more than 3 years) /li /ulpProfessional competence, special knowledge (e.g. languages, IT) : /pulliExcellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers effectively. /liliStrong persuasion and negotiation skills. /liliAbility to use CRM systems and virtual communication tools. /liliDeep understanding of the products
