Ph3PRODUCT MANAGER SAFETY /h3 pAs a Product Manager, you are responsible for the commercial development of a designated product area managing a range of safety products and suppliers to achieve Company goals. You will be responsible for achieving the sales and margin company goals and developing ranges and suppliers in coordination with Category Manager. /p h3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liResponsibility of Personal Protection Equipment Section for Intersafe catalogue; /li liAnalyze consumer needs, current market trends; /li liDefine the tactics on your product range in line with Company goals, category manager inputs and taking into account the Group decisions; /li liParticipate to Group product selection process and support / challenge Group decisions; /li liAnalyze results (sales, margin, evolution, promotions…) of your product range; /li liNegotiate with suppliers the buying conditions; /li liConduct supplier business review meetings; /li liProduce the catalogues lay‑out as well as determine lay‑out and follow‑up of promotional programs (online below the line) in cooperation with communication digital team for assigned safety products; /li liCooperate with pricing manager to define price setting in order to reach turnover and margin goals, taking into account competition analysis for assigned safety products; /li liStudy your market share, market evolution trends and undertake product level analysis of your range of product (and your competition); /li liCoordinate possible local group projects which are appointed by Safety Category Manager; /li liCooperate with other departments to manage internal process (e.g. Demand Supply, Finance, Legal, etc.); /li liCooperate with PPE specialists to obtain customer feedback concerning about managed products proposition; /li liSales meetings to tackle competition, presentations for sales, trainings, sales days, yearly convention etc.; /li liSupport Quote Tenders department for particular tenders. /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS /h3 ul liFluent in Italian and English; /li liExperience in Marketing or in Sales Area is an asset; /li liDeep Knowledge of Safety Market and related legislation is a must; /li liGood negotiating skills; /li liExcellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills; /li liAbility to meet deadlines under pressure; /li liAvailable to travel; /li liPC literate (Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, SAP). /li /ul pLa ricerca rispetta il d.lgs. 198 / 2006 ed è aperta a persone con disabilità, di qualsiasi identità o espressione di genere, orientamento sessuale, età, etnia, credo religioso e ad ogni altra diversitàche crediamo essere una ricchezza.
