PpFor our client part of a global industrial company, we are seeking a /p h3PRODUCTION PLANNER /h3 h3Key responsibilities : /h3 ul liTake ownership of production planning across multiple lines (make to stock and make to order), ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource utilization. /li liTranslate business needs into actionable production schedules, balancing capacity, material availability, and customer priorities. /li liLead the implementation of digital tools (MES, Power BI KPI dashboards, others) to continuously improve and streamline planning processes. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and improve responsiveness. /li liMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (OTD, throughput, inventory levels) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. /li liContribute to strategic planning and capacity expansion projects as the company scales. /li /ul h3Requirements : /h3 ul liBS in Industrial Engineering, Managerial or Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. /li li3 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment. /li liStrong command of ERP systems and planning tools. /li liAnalytical mindset with a proactive, problem‑solving approach. /li liExperience with digital transformation projects (e.g., MES implementation, data analytics). /li liFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and process optimization. /li liExcellent communication and collaboration skills. /li liA passion for improvement, innovation, and making things work better. /li liFluent in English; additional languages are a plus. /li liCuriosity, sense of ownership, results‑orientation and autonomy are key soft skills to be successful in the role. /li /ul pbPlace of work : Milano (north) / On-site /b /p pIf you are interested in this role, please forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, authorizing the treatment of your personal data according to Dlgs. 196 / 03 GDPR specifying PP59 to : /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
