Responsibilities
* Optimize sales of the store assortment and manage store staff.
* Support the Store Manager in store operations and improve store layout.
* Organize shelves to maximize sales and verify daily activities that improve the customer experience.
* Plan employee shifts, manage recruitment, and answer questions from colleagues or customers to ensure a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
* High‑school diploma.
* Experience in the retail sector with responsible roles.
* Availability to work full‑time on 5‑6 day shifts distributed from Monday to Sunday.
* Proactive, managerial attitude and ability to motivate the team.
* Customer orientation, respect for others, teamwork, discipline, simplicity, and no waste.
* Good knowledge of the English language.
* Availability for an 8‑week onboarding organized by Action in one of its stores.
