As the public face of our properties, you’ll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.
Salary: £12.75 per hour
Contract / Duration: Fixed term contract until 31-Dec-2026
Hours / Working Pattern: This is a zero‑hour contract. While we aim to provide a consistent pattern, flexibility is needed as schedules may change. We’ll try to give as much notice as possible. The role includes weekends and bank holidays but does not require evening or split shifts.
Flexible hours available including weekday and weekend shifts; to be discussed at interview.

What it’s like to work here
Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you’ll be part of a team working at Florence Court in the Fermanagh & Mid Ulster Property Group. You’ll be based at Florence Court.
What you’ll be doing
Day‑to‑day, you’ll deliver a great all‑round customer service experience. You’ll be on hand answering queries and listening to what our visitors need so you can share the right information. Your role is to make sure our visitors have the best day they can. You’ll have the chance to be involved in different aspects of the visitor experience, from key property events to gathering content for social media. No two days are the same.
As part of the Growing Support team, you’ll understand and promote the value of membership to both visitors and the National Trust. You’ll be passionate about the work we do, and you’ll feel comfortable chatting with visitors about ways they can show support, whether through donations, gift aid, membership or our bookshops.
Great visitor experiences are in our nature, and we believe everyone should feel welcomed, appreciated and more engaged because of the excellent service you provide. This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service with a warm, friendly and welcoming demeanour.
