This role ensures product success by: /pulliLeading product lifecycle management /liliUnderstanding customer needs and market trends /liliDriving product development and improvements /liliSupporting sales and marketing teams in commercial activities /li /ulpKey Responsabilities: /pp Product Management Development /pulliDefine and manage product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer requirements. /liliPrioritize and coordinate product development efforts with engineering teams. /liliMonitor product performance metrics, including quality, profitability, and turnover. /li /ulp Market Customer Engagement /pulliConduct customer interviews to refine product specifications. /liliAssess market trends and industry drivers to guide product evolution. /liliDevelop business cases and sales collateral to support commercial activities. /li /ulp Sales Business Enablement /pulliTrain sales teams on product knowledge and applications. /liliAssist in customer engagement, tender preparation, and product presentations. /liliRepresent the product portfolio at trade shows, conferences, and webinars. /li /ulpRequirements: /pulliMSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience). /liliExperience in engineered electrotechnical or electromechanical equipment (5-7 years preferred). /lili3+ years in product management, product marketing, or business development. /liliAbility to define, refine, and improve product portfolios based on customer and market insights. /liliStrong ability to present clear, impactful information to stakeholders. /liliFluent in English (Italian is a plus). /liliCollaborative mindset with a proactive and resourceful approach. /liliExposure to Ports Maritime sector is preferred. /li /ulpUp to 30% travel, primarily within Europe, with potential global engagements. /ppCandidates not in line with the requirements will not be considered. /ppPlease attach your updated CV in English to your application. /p
