With $6.9 billion in sales, a strong customer base and global reach spanning nearly 70 countries, we are uniquely positioned to deliver greater value to our customers and create new opportunities for our people. /p pbLocation: /b Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy /p h3Job Title /h3 pbGlobal Senior Product Manager – Thermal Systems /b /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop deep insights into customer needs and desired outcomes through extensive market, customer, and channel research to identify, evaluate, and pursue new market opportunities across the thermal chain that align with Vertiv’s strategic growth objectives. /li liDefine the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and collaborate with other Product Lines to share and align on requirements. /li liDevelop Thermal System Value proposition and pricing strategy, and follow up pricing initiatives with the different product lines (PL). /li liDevelop and promote tools and documentation for Data centers reference designs. /li liDefine product requirements and specifications based on customer needs and market trends, applying traditional product management best practices. /li liDevelop and execute business cases for new products that complete the Vertiv Thermal System offering. /li liDrive new product development and introduction (NPDI) activities to complete the product offering and successfully launch new solutions to the sales organization. /li liEnable sales success through training, tools, and commercial support aligned with newly developed offerings. /li liServe as a subject matter expert on Thermal Systems applications and projects, representing Vertiv at global and regional industry events to promote offerings, build relationships, and gather market intelligence. /li liEngage in key customer meetings and support Thermal Systems initiatives as needed. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. /li li10+ years of experience in product management, commercial product leadership, or related roles, preferably within the thermal, energy, or infrastructure sectors. /li liProven track record in new product introduction, commercialization, and product lifecycle management. /li liStrong understanding of emerging thermal technologies and energy systems. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. /li liEntrepreneurial mindset combined with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. /li liGlobal experience or exposure to international markets is preferred. /li /ul pVertiv is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
