Sales Manager Industrial and Distribution sector (Italy – North/East)
Intesa, part of the Kyndryl Group, is a hub of innovation and digital transformation for business. With a view to growing and strengthening our presence in the region, we are looking for a Sales Manager for the Triveneto/Emilia Romagna area, with a focus on the goods production and distribution sector.
Main responsibilities:
* Develop the Group’s presence in the goods production and distribution sector, in line with the assigned objectives, through the development and management of customers for whom you will be the main point of contact at various levels.
* Identify the needs of players in the relevant sector and direct them towards the most appropriate design and technological solutions.
* Manage commercial negotiations and the end‑to‑end sales process.
* Ensure the achievement of the company objectives assigned to the relevant sales department (signing, revenue and gross profit).
* Generate new sales opportunities by taking care of the entire sales cycle and interaction with pre‑sales/post‑sales structures and technical areas.
* Draw up offers and contracts in accordance with company standards, taking care of administrative and regulatory aspects and constantly supervising orders to be activated.
* Manage the flow of information on ongoing negotiations with transparency and clarity, with your manager and with management, through the use and constant updating of company information tools.
* Propose developments to the company’s offering to promote service improvement and the development of innovative solutions to better serve customers.
* Diploma or degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or similar.
* At least 5‑7 years’ experience in IT services sales and knowledge of the IT sector.
* Residence in the Triveneto/Emilia Romagna area.
* Excellent knowledge of English (minimum B2, C1 recommended).
* Willingness to travel.
Nice to have:
* Knowledge of EDI.
* Previous experience in consulting.
* Knowledge of the manufacturing, production and/or distribution of goods sectors.
