Responsibilities

Culinary Excellence & Versatility:

Prepare and present pizzas with exceptional attention to dough, ingredients, timing, and technique, ensuring consistency and excellence in every service.

Work fluidly within the kitchen brigade, supporting fellow team members during preparation and service, fostering a spirit of collaboration and shared growth.
\n
Special Functions & Events:
\n
Support the Chef in executing specialty dinners, private events, and functions with minimal supervision.
\n
Contribute creativity and expertise to elevate unique dining experiences.
\n
Operational Support
\n
Assist with food requisitions and ordering under the Chef's guidance, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in stock management.
\n
Qualifications
\n
Minimum of one year of experience as a Pizza Specialist/Maker or in a Chef de Partie role with strong bakery or pizza expertise.
\n
Strong focus on precision, detail, and consistency in plate presentation and overall dish quality.
\n
Creativity and passion for developing innovative culinary experiences.
\n
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment.
