We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer. This is a full-time and remote position based in Italy.
* Support business development through roadshows or workshops.
* Serve as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, handling technical communication and solution introductions.
* Build and maintain relationships with EcoFlow partners, earning trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs.
* Prepare technical materials and presentation decks for pre-sale support.
* Ensure all partners understand the key USPs of EcoFlow products and services through product training and interaction.
* Gather feedback from clients and partners and collaborate with R&D to improve products.
* Help partners customize solutions for commercial success based on your technical knowledge.
Your profile includes:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering; electrical engineering, electro-mechanical, or related fields preferred.
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sales technical support; experience in residential energy storage is a plus.
* Strong self-drive and proactiveness, able to work independently and in teams.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and group training.
* Ability to understand customer needs and independently find solutions.
* Passion for the industry and willingness to learn in a rapidly changing environment.
* Fluency in English and Italian is required; additional languages like French, German, Polish, Dutch are advantageous.
