Sales Manager – OEM HVAC
About the Role
The Sales Manager – OEM HVAC is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with trade brand custpomers (OEMs) within the HVAC sector. The role focuses on driving sustainable revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities while building long-term strategic partnerships. Communication with factories in China and Europe will be a key aspect of the role. Haier has an extensive range of products from electric water heaters to vrf and modular chillers and especially A2W heat pump ranges so opportunites to offer multiply options makes this role more exciting and interesting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Expansion & New Business Development
* Conduct in-depth market mapping to identify and evaluate potential OEM partners, assessing production capacity and technical requirements
* Develop tailored acquisition strategies for each target customer, including defining the optimal product mix and analyzing current supplier ecosystems
* Monitor competitors and their customer portfolios to identify gaps, weaknesses, and potential business opportunities
2. Account Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing OEM partners to ensure preferred supplier status
* Drive portfolio growth by promoting new product innovations and identifying cross-selling opportunities
* Manage active projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment on technical updates and milestones through regular communication
3. Technical Solutions & Training
* Coordinate and manage customer training programs, including planning sessions at customer sites or European training centers
* Identify and propose tailored product solutions based on customer needs, market positioning, and geographical context
* Deliver high-quality technical presentations aligned with customer specifications and requirements
4. Commercial Operations & Reporting
* Prepare, validate, and submit commercial offers and proposals in alignment with internal stakeholders
* Ensure accurate CRM management by tracking customer interactions, opportunities, and market feedback
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field EC would be preferred.
* 5 years of experience in OEM sales, preferably in HVAC or related sectors.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and market dynamics
* Proven track record in B2B sales and key account management
* International experience is considered an advantage

Employment Type: Permanent Contract; Full-Time
Applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA): Commercio
Minimum Gross Annual Salary : € 65.000
The position may be eligible for an individual variable incentive scheme based on the achievement of predefined performance objectives (KPIs). Any additional variable compensation components and/or benefits will be governed by the applicable company policies.
