Overview
In this role you drive sustainable growth in dosing and disinfection for water treatment across the SOUTH Area. You will blend technical expertise with a customer‑facing approach to expand the customer base and strengthen partnerships, contributing to Grundfos' mission in water management and energy reduction. You will lead cross‑functional collaboration to address complex applications and deliver training and guidance to stakeholders. Responsibilities
* Identify new business opportunities and assess feasibility for dosing and disinfection solutions.
* Execute sales plans, grow existing accounts, and develop new customers.
* Provide technical guidance to customers, consultants, and partners.
* Gather market insights and competitor intelligence to support business strategy.
* Deliver product training and support team development.
* Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure proper opportunity tracking.
Qualifications
* 7+ years of technical sales experience (water treatment, dosing, or disinfection preferred).
* Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
* Strong understanding of market dynamics, channels, and customers.
* Experience in international industrial environments.
