We are recruiting a Business Development Manager –> New Business (Italy)
Focus: HVAC & advanced industrial applications (aviation, RV/camper market, technical solutions)
What you will be doing :
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in the Italian market. This role is key to expanding our footprint by identifying and capturing new business opportunities, particularly within the HVAC sector and other high-potential non-automotive industries.
You will act as a true market hunter, combining technical understanding with strong commercial acumen to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions based on EPP and EPS materials
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive new business acquisition through proactive prospecting and strategic outreach
- Identify, qualify, and convert high-value opportunities across HVAC and industrial segments
- Own and manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to closing deals
- Develop and present customized technical-commercial proposals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and internal sales teams
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and growth strategy definition
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships and partnerships
