As Starwood Hotels and Resorts prepares to open Baccarat Hotel Rome, we are seeking an Executive Chef to lead a true pre‐opening journey—an opportunity to shape, build, and define a culinary destination in the Eternal City.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, you will take full ownership of the culinary vision from the ground up building your brigade, establishing culture, and defining the identity of each outlet.
A Pre‐Opening Like No Other
Recruit, mentor, and inspire a brigade of ~30 chefs
Shape kitchen culture, standards, and ways of working from day one
Collaborate with the F&B Director to create and evolve concepts across all outlets
Bring a modern, refined perspective to Italian cuisine within a luxury context

Signature 3‐meal Italian restaurant with an established brand partner
24‐hour In‐Room Dining & Banqueting/Catering
