HybridMissionEnsures the development and management of the Aesthetic product portfolio (Ax) by designing and implementing the operational marketing plan to achieve the company’s business objectives.All actions must comply with national laws (e.g., Law 231 and 81/08), Galderma’s Code of Ethics, Pharma Industry Laws (including Farmindustria Code), and any other relevant codes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and working instructions.Key ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for the development and the execution of the annual plan aligned with global and local strategyAnalyse portfolio performance data and market insights to shape strategy and product positioningPropose and manage the marketing budget for all the brandsDevelop / localize promotional materials for each campaign both physical and digital cooperating with agencies and in collaboration with internal stakeholdersDefine the materials planning for the Sales Team including the definition and the monitoring of the sampling strategyStrictly collaborate with the Customer Education & Training Associate Director and contribute to the development of events or CongressesCollaborate with Sales and Demand departments for the sales forecasts updateActively collaborate cross-function and cross-BUs for Integrated Dermatology Strategies (IDS)Be the primary point of contact for marketing-related interactions with the Global ShareholdersBe a key point of reference for Sales and Medical teamLeads motivates supports and monitors the professional development of a Brand ManagerSkills & QualificationsUniversity Degree with a Marketing / Economic backgroundAverage 8 years of experience in Marketing (Product / Brand Management) with strong background in Aesthetic MedicineProven experience in marketing rounded role mixing qualitative and analytics tasksPeople management experienceKnowledge of Medical Visit strategy and CongressesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration.Fluent in Business English (Italian mother tongue preferably)Office toolsVeeva Vault knowledgePrevious experience working in a matrix organization with international exposureWhat we offer in returnWe offer the opportunity to take on full responsibility for your role, grow in a dynamic work environment and become the owner of several brands.
