This position is full-time and remote from Italy.Support business development by generating leads through roadshows or workshops.Act as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, handling all technical communication and solution introductions.Build and maintain relationships with EcoFlow partners, earning trust through your technical knowledge and understanding of client requirements.Prepare technical materials and presentation slide decks for pre-sales support.Conduct product training and interact closely with partners to ensure understanding of EcoFlow's USPs.Gather feedback and insights from clients and partners, working with RD to improve products.Provide insights and suggestions based on your technical expertise, helping partners customize solutions for commercial success.Your profile includes:Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering; electrical engineering, electro-mechanical equipment, or related fields preferred.At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sales technical support; experience in residential energy storage preferred.Strong self-drive and proactiveness, ability to work independently and in teams.Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer interactions and delivering training.Ability to understand customer needs and find solutions independently.Passion for the industry, willingness to learn, and ability to grasp complex information quickly.Fluency in English and Italian is necessary; additional languages are a plus.
