PThis role is responsible for the maintenance support of Community Manager Social Media Content Creator (Bilingual Spanish / English). /ppAt theHRchapter, we are seeking a Senior Business Developer Consultant with a strong focus on tender processes and a proven ability to build strategic networks within the HR industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing new business opportunities, attending industry events, leveraging cold calling strategies, and using CRM tools like HubSpot to automate contact management and lead generation. Experience in the Human Resources (HR) sector is highly preferred. /ph3Key Responsibilities : /h3ulliIdentify and pursue opportunities in public tenders and bids within relevant markets. /liliLead the preparation, submission, and management of tender proposals, ensuring all requirements are met. /liliDevelop strong relationships with government agencies and public sector entities to stay informed on upcoming opportunities to commercialise our HR headhunting services. /li /ulh3Business Development Sales : /h3ulliProactively source new business leads, including through cold calling, networking, and partnerships. /liliBuild and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the HR industry, including corporate clients, government entities, and large organizations. /liliAttend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company’s network and generate new business opportunities. /liliPresent business development plans, strategies, and key opportunities to senior management. /liliAct as a Sales Business Development lead. /liliCreate and execute sales strategies focused on achieving revenue targets and growing the business in the HR, Payroll Headhunting services sector. /liliCollaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. /liliPrepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients. /li /ulh3Network Building Client Engagement : /h3ulliDevelop a comprehensive network of contacts within the HR and recruitment industries. /liliLeverage existing contacts and develop new relationships to expand the company’s reach and influence. /li /ulh3CRM and Automation : /h3ulliManage and optimize the use of a CRM platform for business development and sales processes. /liliUtilize automation tools to streamline outreach efforts, track leads, and follow up with potential clients. /liliRegularly analyze data from CRM systems to assess performance and adjust business development strategies accordingly. /li /ulh3Requirements : /h3ulli5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consultancy roles, ideally within the HR or recruitment industries. /liliSpecialist knowledge of public tender processes, including experience with government tenders and procurement / preferred supply process. /liliProven track record of success in developing and managing strategic networks. /liliStrong experience in cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships with C-level executives. /liliProficiency with CRM tools, including experience with automation, lead tracking, and reporting. /liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. /liliStrong organizational and time-management abilities. /liliAbility to travel for events, meetings, and conferences as required. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications : /h3ulliExperience working within HR services or related industries (staffing, recruitment, talent management, etc.). /liliFamiliarity with digital marketing and lead generation techniques. /liliStrong understanding of the public procurement landscape and regulations in different markets. /li /ulh3What We Offer : /h3ulliCompetitive compensation with performance-based incentives. /liliOpportunities for growth and advancement within the company. /liliFlexible working environment (remote or hybrid). /liliFreelance opportunity / opportunity to become a Managing Director or Co-founder in your location. /li /ulpYou will be a contractor, thus you will own your time schedule and you will have flexible working hours. /pp100% remote. /ppWorking at an internationally oriented company. /ph3Our Core Values at Coach4expats /h3ulliTransparency: We believe in transparent and smooth recruitment processes.
