E-commerce Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a skilled E-commerce Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through email and live chat.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
In addition to providing customer support, you will also be responsible for continuously improving the customer experience by analyzing customer feedback and implementing changes as needed.
