The fleet includes 22 cruise ships, with three new vessels launching in 2025, 2026, and 2027.The Casino VIP Services Consultant develops and maintains strategic relationships with VIP Casino clients, partners, and Junket Representatives through multi-platform marketing initiatives to drive revenue and brand awareness. The role involves promoting MSC products, delivering excellent customer service, and managing casino guests' requests onboard, including bookings, information, complaints, and communication.Key AccountabilitiesAssist casino guests with reward redemptions (discounts, complimentary cruises), promoting MSC Cruises products effectively;Serve as the main point of contact for casino clients to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty;Interact effectively with a multicultural and demanding clientele;Identify and acknowledge casino players through various programs and marketing campaigns;Maximize sales opportunities by increasing bookings and promoting casino sailings and events;Achieve annual sales quotas and departmental KPIs.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience; knowledge of casino operations is not required;Proficiency in Chinese, with fluency in Italian, English, and French;Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;University degree in Linguistics, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications;Strong sales and persuasion skills, customer-focused attitude;Resilience, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills;Positive, empathetic, active listener;Availability to travel for major casino events as a MSC representative.Our commitmentWe value diversity, embrace global perspectives, and foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and empowered.
