Jr Pre-Sales Engineer – Mobile Construction Sector - Graduate Specialist Program (m/f/d)
Position: Junior Pre-Sales Engineer in the Mobile Construction sector within the Bosch Rexroth Graduate Specialist Program (GSP).
Responsibilities
* Drive innovation by promoting our full Mobile portfolio—hydraulic components, electronics, software, electric motors, inverters, and IoT services.
* Build strong partnerships with the local Application team and our Headquarters in Germany.
* Own projects end-to-end, from defining technical specifications with customers to supporting onsite implementation.
* Understand and anticipate market trends, guiding customers toward the most effective solutions.
* Grow internationally through structured training programs in Italy and Germany.
* Manage negotiation and define agreements with partners.
Qualifications
* Education: MSc in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aerospace Engineering.
* Languages: Fluent in Italian and English.
* Experience: Approximately 1 year of relevant experience or internship in a technical/application environment (preferred).
* Work style: Analytical mindset, results‑driven approach, strong collaboration skills, business acumen, and pragmatism.
* Mindset: Curiosity about industrial and technological topics, continuous learning attitude, and willingness to travel in Italy and abroad.
Benefits & Compensation
* Gross annual salary (RAL) €31,000 – €34,000 for a 40‑hour work week.
