What will you do?
- You will be managing customers who are interested in renting flats in Europe from their first touchpoint with our platform, guiding them through the rental process.
- You will be managing customers post-booking to help them with potential issues.
- Business development activities.
What is required?
- Sales skills
- Organizational and management skills
- Fluent in Spanish
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work towards objectives and take on ambitious challenges
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous sales and customer care experience preferred
What are we offering?
- Paid 4 months traineeship contract (€750/month + bonus on generated revenues)
- After trainee, a long term employment contract will be signed.
- Flexible working: 3 days smart working, 2 days in the office (Milano).
- August: full remote working
